Payasam

 
Required materials

  • vermicelli-150gm
  • milk-1liter
  • milkmaid-3tp
  • sugar-1cup
  • ghee-2tp
  • cardamom-3
  • raisin-6
  • cashew nut-5
How to make
Fry vermicelli in a pan with ghee.
Boil the milk make it thick then add some milkmaid and sugar.
Put vermicelli in to the milk.
Fry cashew nut in ghee.
Add elachi and cashew, raisin in the milk.
your Payasam is ready

Appam

Things required: 

  • raw rice-250gm
  • sooji (rava)-1tp
  • wheat flour-1tp
  • yeast-1/2tp
  • sugar-1tp
  • salt
Soak the rice for 1hr.

Masala dosa


Things required for dosa;
  • urad-1kg
  • rice-2kg
  • salt-3spoon
How to make;
First grind urad in a grinder. after that grind rice then mix both of the mixture then keep it for a 24hrs. Add required salt.
Take a pan spread some oil the spread the mixture evenly on the pan. After 20s invert the Dosa, pour some oil and add the Masala mix. Your Masala dosa is ready.
